Is there a free trial?

We currently do not offer a free trial. However, our Starter Plan is a cost-effective way to get started with no long-term commitment.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can switch anytime. Upgrades to a higher plan take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades to a smaller plan become active at the end of the current billing cycle.

How do cancellations work?

You can cancel your subscription monthly at any time. After cancellation, you retain full access to Goaleos until the end of the paid period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment provider Stripe.

Can I create my own AI avatars?

Yes, starting from the "Plus" plan, you can create custom avatars, adjust their voice, and give them specific instructions for your company culture.
