1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts between Goaleos (hereinafter "Goaleos") and its users (both "Job Seekers" and "Companies") regarding the use of the Goaleos platform.

2. Subject of the Contract

Goaleos operates an online platform that allows companies to publish job advertisements and conduct AI-powered interviews. Job seekers can apply for these positions and participate in the interviews. Goaleos only provides the technical platform and does not become a party to the employment contracts concluded between users.

3. Registration and User Account

The use of the platform requires registration. The user is obligated to provide truthful and complete information during registration. The user account is non-transferable.

4. User Obligations

Users agree not to misuse the platform, in particular not to distribute illegal content or infringe on the rights of third parties. Companies are solely responsible for the content of their job advertisements.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Goaleos is liable only for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, Goaleos is liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, particularly lost profits, is excluded. Goaleos does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by users or the success of the recruitment process.

6. Data Protection

The protection of your data is important to us. Information on the collection and use of personal data can be found in our separate Privacy Policy.

7. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is the registered office of Goaleos.
