The Foundation: What is a Prompt?

A prompt is the instruction for your AI avatar. The clearer you define who the avatar is and what it should look for, the better the result.

Rule 1: Give the Avatar an Identity

Instead of "Ask questions about Java", write: "You are a Senior Software Architect with 15 years of experience. Test the depth of the candidate's knowledge regarding microservices."

Rule 2: Define the Goal of the Conversation

Do you want to check technical depth or cultural fit? Tell the avatar what to focus on.

Example of a Strong Prompt:

"Act like an experienced team lead. Be friendly but follow up critically if answers remain too superficial. Your goal is to find out if the candidate can solve problems independently."
